At CJR Homes, we are a pioneering builder dedicated to creating a better tomorrow, starting at home. Our story began over a decade ago, when our founders met while working for a green builder in Fort Collins. Inspired by the potential to make a positive impact on the environment and the community, they founded CJR Homes in 2001 to push the boundaries of sustainable design and construction.

Our Team

Our team is small but mighty, composed of passionate individuals who share a common vision of building a better tomorrow. Cynthia Reffler, our Construction Manager, is working towards her Master's thesis in Construction Management, focusing on sustainable systems and practices. Bruce Brown, our Project Manager, has over 20 years of experience in sustainable building practices, from weatherization programs to solar design.
