Our story began over 35 years ago, when our founder, Timur, started building homes for his family and relatives at just 15 years old. His passion for building and design led him to study design at a Technical University in Kazakhstan, where he earned a bachelor's degree. After university, Timur worked as a realtor, selling houses, and eventually started building homes himself.

In 1987, Timur founded Timurland Construction, with a mission to build homes that were not only beautiful but also functional and energy-efficient. Over the years, we have built a reputation for our impeccable integrity, unrelenting craftsmanship, and commitment to quality.
