Our mission is to enhance the lives of members in the community through the Mental Health Clinic Model, by providing a supportive environment that utilizes innovative therapy techniques while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. We strive to promote a culture of well-being, through the communication and collaboration of sharing information, experiences, and ideas. Our team of licensed professionals is dedicated to offering a wide range of services to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Our Services

We offer a variety of services to address different aspects of mental health. Our individual therapy sessions focus on issues such as depression, grief, loss, stress, parent-child conflict, transitions, abuse, anxiety/panic attacks, pre-Marital, post-natal, sexuality/intimacy, struggles with anger, health issues, personal growth, self-esteem, separation, and divorce adjustments. We also provide youth/adolescent counseling to help preteens and teens navigate social and peer relationships, develop healthy coping skills, and process difficult emotions. For students, we offer therapy to adjust to changes in environment, manage stress, and navigate relationships. Family therapy is available to strengthen family relationships and address issues like parenting skills, blended families, separation, and divorce. Additionally, we offer telehealth services to provide confidential and personal services through electronic technology, making it possible to receive therapy from anywhere. Lastly, we participate in the Magellen Employee Assistant Program, offering free counseling sessions to employees and their families at the Naval Reactor Facility.

Our Locations

Our services are available at two locations: Rexburg and Idaho Falls. Our Rexburg location is situated at 2590 S 2000 W, Suite 2, Rexburg, ID 83440, and our Idaho Falls location is at 1970 East 17th Street, Suite 204, Idaho Falls, ID 83404. We are committed to providing accessible services to the community, and our team is dedicated to making sure you feel supported and cared for throughout your journey.
