Our office is intentionally designed to be warm and cozy, unlike the traditional "sterile doctor's office" that can evoke feelings of anxiety and discomfort. Practice Policies
At Kukenberger Chiropractic, we prioritize transparency in our practice policies. We accept cash or check as preferred methods of payment. We also accept credit cards, HSA, or FSA cards. For out-of-network patients, we will provide a receipt (superbill) for reimbursement purposes. For Medicare participants, we are not participating providers, but we can provide a receipt for submission to their insurance provider.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure timely and efficient care for all patients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments. Patients who fail to provide adequate notice may be responsible for a missed appointment fee.
