Our residential design and construction services are unparalleled, with extensive experience in building moderate, smaller homes to luxurious estates to attached townhomes. In addition to our residential services, we also have a strong background in commercial and industrial development. Our affiliate, WRT Management, owns and manages a substantial commercial portfolio of real estate, which includes office, warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, R&D, and retail properties. We understand the challenges inherent in redeveloping older properties and are experienced in the renovation, environmental clean-up, and modernization of older properties.

In 2007, we undertook an ambitious program to become a 'Green Builder, ' becoming the first certified Earthcraft House builder in southeast Georgia and joining the Build Green Massachusetts council as a founding member. Our owners and project managers are all Certified Green Professionals, confirming our expertise and commitment to green building. We have committed to meeting Energy Star certification in every home we build, providing a home that is highly energy efficient and environmentally conscious.
