Dean Snyder Construction is a family-and-employee-owned business that has grown to become one of the largest construction firms in the Midwest. With over 250 employees and locations in north and central Iowa, and one in Omaha, Nebraska, we offer a range of services including design-build, construction management, and general construction. Our expertise spans several markets, including commercial, food & beverage processing, industrial & pharmaceutical manufacturing, and healthcare.

History

Our story began in 1958 when Dean Snyder started the company in Clear Lake, focusing on residential work. Over the years, we've expanded our services to include design and construction expertise in various markets. In 2020, we extended ownership to our employees, rewarding them for their contributions to the company's growth and success through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
