• Cedar Hills Park: HTPO worked with the City of Eden Prairie to master plan this 40+ acre park, the last remaining non-programmed open space/park in Eden Prairie. Our services included concept planning and design, which featured scenic vistas, trails, playground equipment, sports fields, future shelter, butterfly gardens, and revised parking areas.

• Hmong College Prep Academy: For this institutional project, HTPO provided phased design and construction services, including stormwater management, landscape design, ADA accessible design, dome & field design, parking area design, permitting, sewer & water services, contaminated soil management, construction management, and utility coordination.

• Tamarack Nature Center: Located in Ramsey County, Tamarack Nature Center focuses on environmental education and recreation. HTPO worked with the Design Team to provide surveying, schematic design, and stormwater management design and permitting services for multiple proposed building improvements throughout the 320-acre site.

• UMN Knoll Area Infrastructure: This historic 3-acre area of campus improvements included parking, bicycle & pedestrian mobility, & road reconstruction; replacement of underground electrical, communication, storm/sanitary sewer and watermain; utility tunnel repair/ replacement; chilled water distribution; security improvements; tree preservation & landscape enhancements.
