At Mashpee Family Medicine, we are committed to providing the highest standard of clinical care to our patients, along with a warm welcome. Established in 1984, our primary care and walk-in clinic has been serving the needs of Cape Codders for over three decades. Our patients are part of our family, and we are currently accepting new patients.

Our Services

Our clinic provides comprehensive and continuous care to individuals and families. We offer a wide range of services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings. Our urgent and same-day care services are available for those who need immediate attention. We also have a full laboratory and x-ray facility on premises, making it convenient for our patients to receive prompt diagnosis and treatment.

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and Saturday from 8am to 12pm. Our walk-in care services are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 11am and 1pm to 3pm, and Saturday from 8am to 11am. We also offer phone service from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm.

Our clinic is owned by George J. Silva, MD, and we have additional providers who care for our patients. Our team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing personalized care and attention to each patient. We believe in building long-term relationships with our patients, and we take the time to listen to their concerns and address their needs.
