Johnston Law Group PLLC is a law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families, business owners, and non-profits enhance and protect their well-being and the welfare of their loved ones. We offer a variety of legal services to address each client's particular needs. Our core competencies include estate planning and elder law, tax planning and compliance, business planning, real estate, special needs trusts, estate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, charitable giving, and family cabin succession planning.

Our main office is located in Waconia, Minnesota, with a satellite office also located in Chaska, Minnesota. We serve clients from the south and western half of the Twin Cities metro area and also represent clients from farther afield using the latest technology.

We charge fixed fees for many standard services and offer a free one-hour initial consultation for new client matters. This consultation creates no obligation on the part of the client, allowing them to decide whether to retain our services after the meeting.
