Myers Hockemeyer & McNagny, LLP, located in the heart of Columbia City, has a rich history that dates back to its establishment by Greggory W. Hockemeyer and Jon Myers in 1995. The firm's inception was a direct response to the need for a more personalized and local legal service, as the traditional "old" local law firms were consolidating, leading to a loss of choices for the community. Both Hockemeyer and Myers were Whitley County natives who were passionate about providing exceptional legal advice and representation to their clients.

The Team

Our team includes founding partner Greggory W. Hockemeyer, who has a long history of serving as a city attorney in Indianapolis, and Marcia A. McNagny, a lifelong resident of Whitley County, with a primary focus on estate and succession planning, trust and estate administration, small business, real estate, and municipal law. Our current staff also includes Terenna Flauding, Lori Jenkins, and Jen Follis, all of whom are committed to providing exceptional support to our clients.

The Future

In 2011, we completed the renovation of a historic building in Columbia City, which has served as our office location ever since. This move not only allowed us to expand our operations but also to better serve our clients and the local community. We look forward to continuing our mission and providing the highest level of service for years to come.
