Liquid Engineering Corporation (LEC) has a rich history that dates back to 1972 when it was first established as Montana Logging and Salvage. Over the years, the company has evolved into a specialized potable water diving contractor, offering a wide range of services for water tank maintenance. Today, LEC is the largest in-service water tank inspection firm in the United States.

Security Background & Experience

LEC maintains a top-secret security clearance and undergoes routine vetting by the FBI for various Federal contracts. We also have a referral resource for security consulting services and support, and our operations personnel are subject to extensive background checks.

About Our Drivers

All LEC operations personnel are trained in diving operations and are graduates of either an ANSI/ACDE Certified Commercial Dive School Program or an approved US Navy Commercial Diver Program. They are also trained in recompression chamber, hyperbaric medicine, and high-altitude diving operations, and adhere to a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy.
