Our Owner

John Nolan, P.E., President, is a Professional Engineer with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate's degree in HVAC design. John has 28 years experience in design of HVAC and Plumbing Systems, including 16 years experience of project management and estimating. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the growth and success of Titan Mechanical Inc.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to cater to the needs of our clients. These include:

• Preconstruction: Our preconstruction team participates in design decisions, evaluations, studies, value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, permitting, and life-cycle costs. We work closely with the construction team and the owner to plan, coordinate, and control the project from conception to completion, ensuring a functionally and financially viable project.

• Estimating: Accurate estimates are essential to any project. Our estimating team uses cutting-edge technology to ensure that our clients receive the most accurate and detailed quantity and costs possible.

• Design Build: We work with clients in design and coordination meetings to define the scope, design requirements, and the fundamentals to make each project successful. Our designs incorporate energy efficiency, compliance, constructability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Design Assist: One of the primary benefits of the design/assist project model is that it provides the earliest agreement in design, scope, pricing, and delivery of the project. Working in collaboration with the owner and engineer in conceptual stages brings a level of expertise, experience, and practicality.

• Mechanical Contracting: Our field technicians consistently incorporate the highest standards of workmanship while maintaining the required deadlines. We understand the importance of keeping tight schedules so that the progress of a total construction project will not be delayed.

• Service: Our service department provides ongoing and emergency maintenance to ensure that the lifespan of the mechanical equipment is maximized and that excessive energy consumption due to malfunctioning equipment is avoided. They are committed to respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner, providing our clients access at all times in the event of an emergency.
