Washington Center Stage II

The Washington Center for the Performing Arts is a hub of arts and culture in Olympia, Washington. Established in 1985, the Center has been dedicated to providing a venue for artistic expression, entertainment, and education. Facility Rental Information

The Washington Center offers multiple spaces for rent, making it an ideal venue for weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings. The Main Stage, with its impressive acoustics and seating capacity of 1,073, is perfect for large-scale performances and presentations. The Black Box, a more intimate space with flexible seating options, is suitable for experimental performances, workshops, and rehearsals.

Box Office Information & Help

The Box Office is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM, as well as two hours before every ticketed event. Patrons can purchase tickets, obtain information on performances and events, and seek help with any questions or concerns they may have. The Washington Center accepts various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Established in 2013, the Anacker Scholarship for the Arts honors the legacy of the late Tom Anacker, a beloved musician and teacher. The scholarship provides financial assistance to students pursuing artistic studies, with a focus on music. To date, the scholarship has supported numerous students in their artistic pursuits, enabling them to attend music camps, purchase instruments, and further their education.
