Here at Tom's Auto Body, we have been a locally-owned family business for over 40 years, serving the San Mateo County Coastside and surrounding areas. Our management team includes Tom Spruitenburg, the founder of Tom's Auto Body. Tom was born and raised in the Vallemar district of Pacifica, California. He has always had a love for cars and trucks and enrolled in the ROP auto body and paint vocational program in high school. At the age of 16, Tom began working in his first body shop (Miller & Peterson Chrysler). Tom is also a second-generation body man, as his father Joe owned and operated Joe's Auto Body (located at Tom's current location) for over 32 years. When not at work, Tom enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, riding his Harley Davidson, playing poker, and going to car meets in his classic Chevelle. Tom takes great pride in his work and guarantees all repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.

Shari Lancaster is our Office Manager, with over 30 years of experience in business and office management. Shari has lived in Pacifica for most of her life and has created strong ties within the community. She has a knowledge base and professional interest in the automobile industry, having grown up in a family of car enthusiasts. Shari is a person of integrity, is dedicated, and treats her customers and co-workers like family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing with her grandkids.

Allan Berrios is our Shop Manager, with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Allan started his career in the paint and auto body vocation at the age of 20, thanks to the opportunity given to him by Joe Spruitenburg. He has furthered his education through training and has received many certifications, including damage report estimates, suspension alignment inspection and correction, automotive painting, plastic bumpers repair, customer service, and others. Allan is bi-lingual, speaking both English and Spanish. He is a perfectionist and ensures that his customers' cars are repaired professionally, taking great care of them. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family and friends and taking trips to Arnold, California, with his wife and two teenagers.
