Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to serving our clients. President and CPA Eric Hersman, who graduated from Marshall University in 1994 with a BSBA and a major in accounting, leads our team. Eric is responsible for all aspects of the practice and is a member of the West Virginia Society of CPAs and Jackson County Chamber of Commerce. In 2019, Eric joined with Dave Ramsey and the Ramsey Education group to sponsor Foundations in Personal Finance offered in the area's high schools. Eric is RamseyTrusted and proudly serves his hometown of Ripley, WV, and others nationwide with tax planning and preparation services.

Michele Phillips serves as our Payroll Manager. With her extensive experience in payroll management, Michele is an invaluable asset to our team and plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' payroll needs are met efficiently and effectively.
