We proudly serve a diverse population of patients, including those experiencing chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and HIV, as well as those seeking routine check-ups, dental care, vision services, or counseling. Our facilities welcome all individuals and families, regardless of their insurance status. East Valley accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Covered California. For uninsured patients, we provide assistance with enrollment in appropriate programs and ensure that no one is turned away due to an inability to pay.

Our Services

At East Valley Community Health Center, we offer a wide array of medical services, including primary health, women's health, prenatal care, family planning, pediatrics, HIV | AIDS services, diabetes management, and chronic conditions treatment. Our behavioral health services consist of assessments, diagnoses, counseling, therapy, support for anxiety and depression, medication-assisted treatment, enhanced care management, and support groups. We also provide child and adult dentistry, annual exams, oral wellness, teeth cleaning, denture services, tooth fillings, extractions, comprehensive eye exams, pediatric vision exams, dry eye disease management, diabetic vision management, and eye disease therapeutic treatment.
