Our specialized care for Dementia and Alzheimer's residents within our secured unit, Serenity Lane, is designed to focus on the social, physical, and psycho-social needs of the resident while promoting their individual independence and sustaining dignity. Serenity Lane is a beautiful solution for those Dementia patients that tend to wander. Our layout is designed to feel more like a home, while giving our staff full visibility of all entry points, ensuring the safety and care of our residents. We offer shared long term care rooms which are designed for optimum living, and having recently expanded our accommodations - we now offer even more private rooms. Respite Care

Respite Care is available at Windsor Lane to provide caregivers with an opportunity to pause and renew for a few days, a few weeks, or even a few months. Whether needing to refresh your own energy, planning a trip out of town or seeking a safe place to care for your loved one while you recover for your own healthcare needs, Serenity Lane is designed to give you peace of mind, and your loved one a sense of home away from home. According to the Alzheimer's Association, "Alzheimer's caregivers frequently report experiencing high levels of stress. It can be overwhelming to take care of a loved one with Alzheimer's or other dementia, but too much stress can be harmful to both of you." Caregivers can get burned out overtime, and it's OK - because you are human too. One of the ways to ensure both you and your loved one remain happy, energized, and healthy is to consider taking advantage of respite care so you can spend time doing something you enjoy.

Hospice Care

The peaceful North Wing at Windsor Lane offers beautiful, home-like private rooms that are available for residents and families that have chosen to receive Hospice Care. Privacy and comfort are supported by a compassionate staff working in cooperation with area hospice agencies. Caring for and about our residents and family is our first priority during this sensitive time.
