About Us
I, Larry Weems, grew up in Lakin, Kansas, a small western Kansas town west of Garden City on highway 50. After high school, I attended Fort Hays State University in Hays Kansas and graduated in 1983 with a BA in Communications. I started my career with State Farm in 1985 in Tulsa Oklahoma and moved to Ponca City in 1995 to establish my agency. I am married to Taunia, who works in the office with me, and together we have six children, all grown and out of the house. We have five grandchildren and enjoy camping in our 17 ft Coachman Clipper Cadet and boating during the summer.
Recently, Ann Bandy moved into our office location, and now we have two agencies in one location, serviced by Amber, Laci, Taunia, and Sabrina. We are a team of experienced insurance professionals dedicated to providing our clients with top-notch insurance services.
