Our Services

We offer a variety of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our community. Our Telehealth and Mobile Programs provide no-cost medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services to students and families across Northwest Florida. Our Pharmacy offers discounted rates on many prescriptions, making it easier for patients to access the medications they need. Additionally, we provide chronic care management, diabetes education, and opioid response programs to address specific health concerns.
