Meet Our Team

Susan A. Flaherty, CPA - President and Founder

Susan has over three decades of experience in the financial services field, including eight years as an associate with Deloitte and Touche, LLP. She has also held key roles at The Shawmut Bank Corporation and Deloitte and Touche, LLP, developing expertise in tax matters affecting high net worth individuals, partnerships, and small to mid-size corporations.

Doris D. Perez - Senior Associate

Doris has been a member of the Flaherty & Company team since 2003, dedicated to helping our clients achieve personal and business success by creating opportunities to deliver value-added services. She is an Enrolled Agent practicing before the Internal Revenue Service and has been recognized as a Tax Consultant by the National Tax Training Institute.

Michael Flaherty - Managing Director and Vice President of Business Development

Michael oversees the daily operations and practice management at Flaherty & Company. He is also a principal in The Compass Management Group, LLC, a business consulting firm specializing in executive advisement. Michael's extensive experience includes roles at the Greater Nashua Mental Health Center, Wingate at Andover, and Genesis Healthcare Corporation.

Vicki Aberle - Administration

Vicki is the office administrator, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. She is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and generally keeping the office running smoothly.
