Our Story

Tanya Rosen-Jones, the founder of Rosen-Jones Photography, was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She developed a love for photography and natural light at a young age. After studying photography and history at Oberlin College, Tanya further refined her skills through continuing education at UC Berkeley and the Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt). She has always felt honored to be a part of her clients' lives during significant stages, such as engagements, weddings, pregnancies, babyhood, and children growing up.

In 2008, Tanya moved back to Oberlin, Ohio, with her family, and the studio opened its doors in 2009. The Rosen-Jones Photography Studio is located at 29 1/2 West College Street in downtown Oberlin, providing a convenient and comfortable space for clients to enjoy their photography sessions.
