At DGH Plumbing, Inc., we are a family-owned and operated business with a strong commitment to providing the highest level of service and quality in plumbing. We have been in the plumbing industry since 1993, with our founder, Dave Hadden, starting his plumbing career in Sonoma County in 1985. After working for a local service company, he joined a large residential plumber in Sacramento, CA, where he earned his union apprenticeship. He later managed a service plumbing company in Santa Rosa and acquired his California Plumbing Contractors License in 1993.

Dave grew his business, DGH Plumbing, Inc., in California, focusing on high-end custom homes in Napa, Sonoma, and Marin Counties. After moving to North Carolina in 2001, he started working for a national plumbing company and quickly earned his NC and SC plumbing licenses. He was promoted to a Field Supervisor and became the company's licensee.

In mid-2003, Dave acquired the business and began running DGH Plumbing, Inc. independently. The company experienced growth during the building boom from 2005 to 2009. As the housing market declined, Dave had to adjust the business, but he managed to keep the doors open. Fortunately, business has increased, and we have been able to bring back former and new employees.

Our team is dedicated to our vendors, customers, employees, and other business partners. We recognize the importance of our job not only for our customers but also for our employees. We are proud to provide jobs and benefits to our employees.
