PEM Construction & Development Co., Inc. is an award-winning construction company based in Westfield, New Jersey. Founded by Paul Mariano, PEM continues a 50-year family tradition of providing construction services in New Jersey and New York. Our goal is to work as a team with our clients and design professionals to produce a quality, cost-effective, and timely construction project. We are committed to making the construction process an enjoyable experience for our clients. Some of our notable projects include the rehabilitation of the Masonic Temple for the New Offices of Clarke Caton Hintz, Trenton, Mercer County, which received the 20th Annual Historic Preservation Award from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. We have also completed projects such as Greenview Commons, Holy Trinity R.C. Church, Lyndhurst Recreation Center, FIAT of Larchmont, Bayonne Medical Center, and St. Francis Medical Center, among others.
