Our Story

Our journey began in 2003, when Marcia Youngquist founded CMT Janitorial. Under her leadership, the company grew rapidly, and our commitment to exceptional service earned us a loyal client base. In 2016, Marcia sold the company to George and Julie Karos, who have continued to build on the strong foundation established by Marcia. Today, we are proud to serve over 80 buildings per week, with many clients who have been with us for over a decade.
