Who We Are

As a spiritual practitioner and healer, I have spent over three decades studying and practicing yoga, tarot, and energy medicine. My journey began in 1995 when I started practicing hatha yoga and continued for 30 years. My work is deeply rooted in the ethos of Bhakti yoga, the path of devotion, and I seek true union with the Divine through service to others in the spirit of karma yoga.

My Background

I have had the privilege of studying under some of the most renowned teachers in the field, including Pamela Wilson for nonduality and self-inquiry, Mary Shutan for somatic and spiritual healing, and Tristan Dorling for Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) self-inquiry and meditation. My extensive training includes certification as a yoga teacher, reiki master, and massage therapist, as well as training in shamanic and spiritual healing techniques such as energy medicine, journeying, cord dissolving, somatic dialoging, ancestral healing and lineage repair, grief work, shadow work, contract reweaving, extraction, soul retrieval, power retrieval, and space clearing.

My Mission

As a healer and spiritual practitioner, my mission is to empower others to feel more deeply embodied and to grow confident in their own intuition and inner knowing. I strive to create a safe, heart-centered, and trauma-informed space for my clients to explore their deepest desires and insecurities. Whether you are seeking to overcome chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, grief, disconnection, or complex trauma, or are looking to deepen your connection to your ancestors and helping spirits, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Buried Treasures

As a writer and creative soul, I am thrilled to announce that I am in the final stages of preparing my book, Buried Treasures, a labor of love that includes selected poetry and short stories that I wrote before, during, and after my time at the Iowa Writers Workshop nearly 20 years ago. This book includes over 88 pages of stories and poetry, including stories and poems that explore themes of love, loss, and transformation.
