Hello, my name is Troy Booher, and I am the proud owner of Mountain View Modular and General Contracting, located in Alexandria, Pennsylvania. I am delighted to welcome you to our website.

Growing up, I worked alongside my father, who was a skilled craftsman in various trades, including building homes. After high school, I joined the United States Navy and became a Seabee, where I learned valuable skills that would later help me in the construction industry. After my military service, I became an equipment operator but continued doing construction work on the side.

In 1998, my wife and I built our first modular home, and a modular home company approached us to become their dealers. Since then, we have built modular homes, septic systems, retaining walls, additions, decks, patios, stonework, and much more. In 2000, we established our name as Mount Union Modular and General Contracting and have met many wonderful people and helped them build their dream homes.

In 2009, we moved to a farm in Alexandria, where we built our second personal modular home. This led us to change our business name to Mountain View Modular and General Contracting. Our main goal in our business is to put our customers first and help make their dreams come true by building the home they deserve. We offer full customization and take our clients' designs to the next level. Our customers are welcomed into a comfortable environment where we can plan for the future together.

We strive to keep costs down because we believe that everyone deserves a fair share. It's rewarding to be able to take a rough sketch on paper and turn it into a beautiful home.
