Our Attorneys

Tinajero & Morales, P.C. is proud to have a team of highly qualified attorneys with diverse backgrounds and expertise.

Margarita Tinajero has been practicing law since 2004. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and is fluent in Spanish. Margarita has experience practicing criminal defense, immigration law, family law, and real estate transactions.

Mauricio Morales is a Chicago native who grew up in the Little Village neighborhood. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2004. Mauricio is fluent in Spanish and has experience practicing criminal and traffic law, immigration law, and family law.
