Our History
Hope Counseling Centers, established in 1994, is an outpatient mental health facility that provides various counseling and psychological testing services across the state of Florida to private clients, organizations, and state agencies. We are primarily based in Lakeland, with secondary offices in Winter Haven, Tampa, and Daytona Beach. Overall, we have 13 Locations, including several satellite offices.

Poor Experience at the Office
Tina Nicole, a disappointed parent, shared a dreadful experience at this office. The counselor, Christine, was described as heartless and refused to provide service to her 10-year-old son.
Lack of Professionalism
The counselor failed to introduce herself, which added to the negative experience. When Tina Nicole politely asked to accompany her son, Christine refused, saying "you can have a seat and wait." When Tina Nicole preferred to come along, Christine responded with a blunt "well I'm not doing it then."
Unacceptable Behavior
Tina Nicole was shocked and upset by the counselor's unprofessional behavior, particularly in front of her son. This experience left a negative impression, and the office's approach was deemed unacceptable.
