From our shaded barbecue area and picnic area to our on-site laundry facilities, we've thought of everything to make your living experience with us a delight.
Our Services
At Capitola Gardens, we understand that everyone's needs are different. That's why we offer a range of services designed to make your life easier. From our on-site laundry facilities to our covered carport and off-street parking, we've got you covered. We also welcome pets, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Should you have any pets, please note that there is a weight limit of 50 pounds and a pet deposit of $500, with a monthly rent of $65. Negative Experiences
Many reviewers had negative experiences with the apartment complex. Damages and Charges, Old Appliances, and Poor Professionalism were some of the common complaints. Specifically, Ginger Charles PhD and Dave Travels Through Time mentioned being charged for water damage and other issues, while Konstantin Anthony Romanov hated the old appliances. Additionally, the professionalism of the management was called into question by Dave Travels Through Time and Ginger Charles PhD.

On the other hand, many reviewers had very positive experiences with the complex. Beautiful Grounds and Location, Friendly Staff, and Well-Maintained Apartments were some of the common praises.
