Yochum Landscaping has been serving the Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas since 2003. With over 20 years of experience in the landscaping business, owner Chad Yochum started in the lawn care industry in high school. After growing up in Lewiston and spending a couple of years at North Idaho College, Chad decided to start his business in Coeur d'Alene. After purchasing his first machine in 2004, Chad began installing landscapes in the area.

Chad married his wife Krissa, and they have three beautiful children: Addison, Tommy, and Lilly, and Ruby the German Shepherd. At Yochum Landscaping, we provide quality service in lawn care and landscape construction. We take pride in our work, and our goal is to make our customers' landscaping visions come to life.

• Winter services (snow plowing with trucks and machines, snow blowers, and we also have a sanding and liquid deicer trucks)
• Excavation (with multiple excavators, Yochum Landscaping can handle most excavation projects needed for landscape, roads, site development and construction)
