Our Story

Since our inception, we have grown to represent major banks, non-bank lenders, life insurance companies, debt funds, and credit unions in over 700 commercial real estate loan transactions per year, totaling billions of dollars. We have also been engaged by institutional and non-institutional lenders and special servicers in over 100 defaulted loans per year during the Great Recession. Our commitment to understanding and caring for our clients' needs has allowed us to build long-lasting relationships with our clients, with some spanning over 20 years.
