Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that you may have questions about our services and protocols. Below are some frequently asked questions and their answers:

• What insurance do you accept? We accept most vision insurance plans with a few notable exceptions. Contact your insurance provider to verify coverage before scheduling.
• What are your COVID-19 protocols? We require visitors and staff to wear a mask over the mouth and nose for the entire time that they are in the office. Frames are sanitized with UV light between uses, and surfaces and equipment are cleaned between patients.
• What should I bring to my appointment? Please bring any eyewear or contacts. An actual prescription is also helpful. If you wish to update your contact lens prescription, ideally please wear your contacts to your appointment.
• What is your cancellation policy? Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Our Saturday hours are by appointment only. Please provide 48 hours notice for Saturday cancellations.
