Our History

Tom Bauer founded his own private practice in 1992, after spending five years as the Federal Tax Manager for a major Cleveland financial institution. Prior to that, he was employed in the tax department of Hausser+Taylor, CPA's, Ohio's largest regional public accounting firm. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron and a Master of Business Administration from John Carroll University, Tom is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). He has also completed advanced tax coursework at Michigan State University.
