Roger DaSilva, our Owner, has over 15 years of experience scaling and growing businesses from early-stage startups to public Fortune 500 firms in investment management, sales, and operations leadership. He has started two businesses in the financial services sector, including an Investment Management firm and an Outsourced CFO firm for Startups and Small Businesses.
