Expertise Engineering is a product design and engineering company that has been supporting clients with innovative engineering services since 1995. Our in-house team of 15 engineers, including Mechanical Engineers (MEs), Electrical Engineers (EEs), Software and Firmware (SW/FW) programmers, and Industrial Designers, has the expertise to tackle a wide range of projects from concept to production. Our team has a wealth of experience in the medical, biotech, consumer, and industrial markets, and is certified to ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.

Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Design

Our Mechanical Engineers design enclosures, mechanisms, and sensors, and work closely with EEs, industrial designers, and programmers to craft a product. Our team has knowledge about fabrication techniques, manufacturing processes, and materials, which enables us to design tooling and create prototypes. Our Industrial Design team can take any product up a notch with their expertise in creating visually appealing and functional products.

Electrical Engineering

Our Electrical Engineers have the depth and breadth of experience to handle a wide range of projects, including PCBA design. Our EEs have expertise in RF, power supplies, microcontrollers, sensors, motor control, Dust Networks, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and embedded systems. We utilize Altium software and have three total seats to support our engineering efforts.

Software & Firmware

Our SW/FW team has broad embedded experience in areas such as medical devices, consumer products, and industrial automation. Our programmers are well-versed in programming languages and have the expertise to make things work. Our team is backed by MEs and EEs, which enables us to create products that are both functional and efficient.

Medical Plastics

We can help design custom plastic parts and get them into production. We have seven seats of SolidWorks and are ISO 9001 and 13485 certified to better serve the medical market.

We can help design printed circuit boards (PCBAs) for various markets, including medical, consumer, and commercial products. Our EEs have depth in RF, power supplies, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
