K&A Engineering, Inc. was established in March of 1998 by two registered professional engineers in the state of California, Keith Osborn and Amir Fallahi. Together, they bring over 64 years of professional experience in land planning, land development, and public works engineering. Our company philosophy is centered on the use of key elements such as experienced management and technical staff, effective communication and coordination with the client and project team, developing and adhering to a resource and cost-loaded design schedule, close coordination between design team members and local agencies, and effective quality control/quality assurance measures.
