Sacred Hearts Home Care began as a vision. After working in the home care field for more than 18 years, our owner, Dana Reese, decided to form the agency with the hopes of serving more individuals and families, and making a difference. Our dedicated team of professionals is here to work with you and your doctor to develop and manage a personalized home health plan that's most convenient for you.

At Sacred Hearts Home Care, we offer professional, reliable 24-Hour Care services to all of our clients. Our home care services take all your specific requests and demands into consideration and guarantee personalized attention. Whatever the hour may be, all of our staff is CPR/First Aid Certified, Licensed and insured, and Supervised by a licensed Registered Nurse. We are readily available to cater to your Home Care needs.
We offer; Waiver Nursing Services, Sunrise Care, Sunset Care, Personal Errands. Appointment Escort, Dr. Visit Accompaniment, Light Housekeeping, Respite/Sitter Care, Companionship, Bathing Care, Meal Preparation, and Laundry. Curious to learn more about our home care services? Hours of Operation
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, except during observed holidays. However, our After Hours Coverage includes a Nurse and Aide Scheduler who is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
