At AcuWorks Acupuncture & Herb Clinic, we believe that health is a manifestation of balance, both within the body itself and between the body and the external environment. Our Philosophy

We approach health and healing from a truly holistic perspective, viewing and treating each person as unique from everyone else. With its rich 3,000 year old tradition, there is a never ending wealth of healing knowledge to draw upon. In Chinese medicine, each person is viewed uniquely. Even those patients who come in for treatment for problems that look the same symptomatically or from a western diagnostic perspective, the underlying reason why dis-ease occurs in each person differs from one to the other, therefore treatment has to be tailored to the unique needs of each patient. We work on preventions instead of healing the manifestation, treating the root of the illness rather than symptoms.

Our clinic is led by Christine Kuo, L.Ac. and Andy Tsai, L.Ac., who have extensive experience in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. We understand that everyone's financial situation is unique, which is why we offer flexible payment options. We are an in-network provider with Aetna, BCBS of Texas, United Healthcare, Humana, Triwest, and Cigna for Acupuncture Services. We also accept cash and credit card payments for those without insurance coverage or for services not covered by insurance.
