Current Projects

Argyle is currently involved in two major projects:

• Argyle in Kenton, Denver: This 11-story mass-timber building will provide 290 affordable apartments near public transportation and amenities.
• Minnesota Places in Portland: This 8-story development will create 72 affordable apartments in a highly desirable neighborhood.
