Our Team

Syl and Allison Champoux have been part of the Syracuse, Indiana community since 1986, where they have raised six children. Syl and their son, Kyle, provide the construction expertise for the company, while Allison serves as business manager. They are also instrumental in the development and management of a 24-lot subdivision in nearby Elkhart County. The couple are active members of their community and have donated their time and talents to their church, youth sports, and the American Red Cross.
