Woodard Construction Company Inc. is an underground utility contractor serving the Glynn, Camden, McIntosh, and surrounding counties of Southeast Georgia. With over 60 years of combined experience, our team specializes in installing water, sewer, and storm systems, as well as CCTV and pipe cleaning services. Founded in 2000 by brothers Chuck and Jason Woodard, our company has grown from humble beginnings to become a respected utility contractor in the Golden Isles Area.

Our principal, Chuck Woodard, oversees daily operations and field activities, while Jason Woodard handles estimating and billing. Kevin Woodard, our project manager, is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and has been instrumental in managing multiple projects and assisting crew foremen.
