Our History

All Weather Heating & Cooling, Inc. was founded in 1983 by Tom and Ida McKeown. The McKeown's started the business out of their home and in 1987 purchased Taper Heating from Bill and Lillian Collyer. Growing, in the early 1990's, they purchased the building at 302 Kemp Street which was the first of three buildings that now make up the current All Weather facility. In 2011 Tom and Ida's daughter, Jeanne' Sparks, succeeded her parents and continued on the tradition. In 2014 Jeanne' and husband Jeff Sparks, together with Dustin Halverson, purchased the company. Today, we proudly serve all of Clallam and Jefferson Counties from the Pacific Ocean to the Hood Canal in Puget Sound.
