Del Puerto Health Care District

Del Puerto Health Care District (DPHCD) is a special district established in 1946 to provide healthcare services to the communities of West Stanislaus County. With a publicly elected Board of Directors, our mission is to forge partnerships to address the healthcare needs of our community.

Our services include the Del Puerto Health Center, a comprehensive healthcare facility offering a range of medical services, including primary care, specialty care, and dental care. Our healthcare providers are dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional patient care.

In addition to our healthcare services, DPHCD also operates the Patterson District Ambulance, a 24-hour emergency medical response service providing advanced life support to our community. Our team of paramedics and EMTs work tirelessly to respond to emergency calls and provide critical care to those in need.
