Meet Our Team
Our team is comprised of 4 registered civil engineers and one structural draftsman. Our principals have extensive experience in the field of transportation engineering. Patricia Preston, P.E., has over 23 years of experience in transportation-related structure design, including leading design teams for bridge projects. John Stitt, P.E., has over 30 years of civil engineering experience, with expertise in roadways, railroads, and structural engineering. Daniel Okoro, P.E., also has over 30 years of experience, focusing on roadways, railroad transportation projects, and utility expertise.

We are certified by various organizations, including Caltrans, the CA Dept of General Services, SMUD, and the Supplier Clearinghouse. These certifications demonstrate our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the industry.
