When you first contact us, you'll have the opportunity to chat with Sarah over the phone to discuss your needs, expectations, and goals. This complimentary 15-minute consultation allows you to get a feel for our working style and help you decide whether our services are right for you.
In your initial session, we'll work together to explore your struggles, establish a plan, and identify goals. We'll also discuss frequency and duration of future sessions. Our goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you feel heard, seen, and understood.
