Our Commitment
At Levi Chiropractic, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. We accept most health insurances and are a preferred provider of Blue Cross Blue Shield and many more. We will be happy to check your insurance for coverage and answer any questions you may have. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
