Our team includes Dr. Qingling Chen BVM, who took over the hospital in 2020, Heather Delbridge, our Hospital Manager and a 23-year veteran in the field, and Jennifer Bowie, our Full-Time receptionist. Each member brings a unique set of skills and a shared passion for animal welfare.
