Mary leads MVP's executive coaching and executive consulting services across the U.S. With over twenty-five years' experience spanning a wide variety of industries from media & entertainment to private equity, Mary's expertise includes executive search, human capital integration, inspiring high-performance leaders and teams, organizational effectiveness, change management, and communications. Mary created the MVP 360 Coaching proprietary "Pivot" Coaching program.

Melissa Shahbazian - CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER/CO-FOUNDER MVP SPARK COACHING

Melissa is an experienced executive coach with specialization in the "future of work". Co-founder of MVP Spark Coaching, her areas of focus include leadership development, executive boards, communication effectiveness, and emotional intelligence. In both individual and team coaching, Melissa's mission is to connect people with their passion and to encourage deliberate foresight in designing a successful work life. Melissa is trained in the MVP 360 Coaching proprietary "Pivot" Coaching program.

Kate Winter - DIRECTOR EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP & COACHING

Kate works closely with MVP clients to deliver a seamless, full-circle talent management programs that assure the right fit and development plan to help businesses grow and thrive. With nearly 15 years of experience in talent and coaching, Kate is a master of talent management, building diverse teams, and integrating the needs of a multidimensional workforce to support corporate culture.
