This passion led her to pursue a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston, one of the nation's premier programs in the field. After graduation, Sue's career took off at one of Dallas' leading wedding venues, where she was captivated by the magic of transforming dreams into reality. This experience, coupled with her tenure as the Director of Catering at a prestigious private country club for over 25 years, provided her with invaluable insights and expertise in orchestrating events of every scale, from intimate gatherings to grand productions.
