As the elected chief prosecutor for Duval, Clay, and Nassau counties, the Office of the State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit is dedicated to upholding public safety in a fair and just manner. • KEYS 2 Drive Program: Our office offers a program to help first-time offenders with minor offenses keep their driver's license and avoid a criminal record.
• Mental Health: Our office provides support services and resources for individuals struggling with mental health issues, promoting a more compassionate and just criminal justice system.
